If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Return

All returns or exchanges must be claimed within 3 days after being received by the customer. The items must be unworn, original condition (garment bags/tags included). Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Upon inspection and approval, exchange or store credit will be provided for the value of the returned product. No Refunds.

All discounted items are final sale.

All sales products discounted 20% and above (including coupons), are considered final sale and not eligible for a return.

Jewelry, swimming wear, and other personal clothing products are exempt and will be considered final sale upon purchase. 

All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt or they will not be accepted. 

Customer is responsible for all costs of shipping and loss or damage during the return of products.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for changes in sizes of the item itself. Note that exchanges are not available for all brands and items. We don't charge any additional fees (service fees or handling fees) for size exchange. If you were to make an exchange, please first contact customer support through email or WeChat customer service. The items must be unused and in the same condition received. All close-fitting, personal clothing and jewelry are not exchangeable. Also, the customer is responsible for all costs of shipping and loss or damage during the return of products.
