Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at AEOM. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Products that are in stock are processed within 2-3 business days..

Items that are available for purchasing don't mean it is  'in stock'. Most of the orders will be shipped out within 7 business days.

Pre-orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

*Free shipping is only available with a certain amount of purchase or during promotions and activities.

Shipment Methods do not have any impact on our order processing time.

Estimated delivery time might vary considering the region of destination and delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Processing Time

All shipping times exclude holidays/clearance/customs delays.

Damages

AEOM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
